The web-based counselling for the Bihar Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination (PM/PMM) 2024 consists of multiple stages, which are registration and choice filling, seat allotment result declaration, and downloading of the allotment letter and college reporting. Registration & Choice Filling: Candidates who have passed the Bihar DCECE (PM/PMM) 2024, held by the BCECE Board, will have to first complete the registration process by providing basic details and depositing the fee; and then the candidate needs to login required credentials and experience the choice filling i.e. choose courses and college preference, and lock their choices.
Seat Allotment Result Declaration: After a few days of registration and choice filling, Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will release the seat allotment result for Bihar DCECE (PM/PMM) 2024, based on candidates’ rank, reservation criteria and other factors.
Downloading of Allotment Letter & College Reporting: Following the seat allotment result, candidates who will be satisfied with the allotted college and course, will have to download the allotment letter to carry it to the allocated college with other required documents for admission confirmation.
