Delhi University UG Admission 2024, Registration Link, Fee, Last Date 

The NTA declared the 2024 CUET UG result on 28 July 2024, the students registered for the Delhi University admissions now await the schedule of the UG CSAS 2024 for the seat allocation and continuing the further admission process. 

Delhi University UG Admission 2024

Delhi University offers Undergraduate (UG) programs in various streams of studies, Arts, Commerce & Business, Science, Social Sciences, Education, Applied Social Sciences & humanities, etc. For the academic year 2024-25, all the UG programs of the University of Delhi will be done based on CUET-UG 2024.

CUET-UG is a common University Entrance Test conducted by the National Testing Agency in May 2024. The students seeking admission to DU were waiting for the CUET-UG 2024 results, NTA declared the results on 28 July 2024, which was previously scheduled for 30 June 2024. 

The CUET-UG 2024 appearance is not enough for admission to the DU UG 2024 program, the students should also register for the UG CSAS (common Seat Allocation system) 2024, registration for UG CSAS 2024 began on 28 May 2024, but the authority did not disclose the last date to apply. 

Candidates who have already registered for the UG CSAS 2024 should fill the choice filling form and candidates who still haven’t applied for the UG CSAS 2024 should apply quickly as the registration window will be closed soon.

Delhi University UG Admission Eligibility 2024

Students who meet the following eligibility requirements can register for the DU admission 2024:

• Candidates must have appeared in the CUET-2024 in those subjects in which he/she has passed intermediate.
• Candidates must have passed class XII with the mandatory subjects from the recognized board of the UG program they are applying for. 
• Candidates should fulfill the eligibility criteria of the program offered by the DU. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of the UG program before applying for admission to check the program-specified eligibility.  

Delhi University UG Admission Process 2024

The DU UG admission will be done through UG CSAS 2024, the system has the following three phases:

• CSAS-2024 Registration: The students must submit the UG CSAS-2024 application form with accurate details and pay the applicable application fee. 
• Preference Filling: After the CUET-UG 2024 results, the students should fill out the choice filling form, as the UoD will open the preference-filling phase.  The students are required to enter their choices in college and the program in their preference order. The students will be able to see their program-specific CUET score for all the DU UG programs and fill in their preferences to get seats in their desired colleges.
• Allocation-cum-admission: The University will prepare the program-specific merit list and allocate the seat based on the merit list, category, college preferences, and the availability of seats in the allocated seats. 

Candidates can accept, freeze, or reject their allotted seats. The students who accept their seats must report to the allotted colleges with the applicable tuition fees and original documents to complete their admission process. Candidates who reject their seats can appear in the second round of allocation. 

The students who failed to apply for CSAS 2024 or could not complete Phase II of CSAS 2024 can participate in dU mid-entry admission by paying the mid-entry fee.

Important Note:

• Candidates applying for BA (H) Music/ BFA/ B.Sc (PE, HE & S) have to pay the additional fee of ₹400.
• Candidates from ECA and Sports Supernumerary quota will pay the extra ₹ 100 for each quota they applied for.

Steps to register for the Delhi University UG Admission 2024

Candidates who still haven’t applied for the DU UG CSAS 2024 can follow the below steps to ensure their candidature for the 2024-25 admissions:

• First, visit the official DU admission portal at
• Next, go to the UG admission and click on the Registration link.
• Next, click on New Registration and enter your CUET-2024 application number, DOB, and captcha.
• Your photo, name, and signature will be automatically integrated into the UG CSAS 2024 application, you must ensure all the details are perfectly matched and accurate.
• Next, you must enter all the academic details and categories on the application form.
• Next, upload the necessary documents subjected to application claims. 
• Next, pay the applicable non-refundable application fee as per your category.
• Next, finally, submit the UG CSAS 2024 application form on the portal.

The candidates should lock their course and college preferences on the portal immediately, after the CUET-UG results before the to-be-announced dates. The UoD will soon announce the UG CSAS 2024 schedule so students keep an eye on the official channels of the University to stay updated.
