  • Enter your mobile number.
  • Tick the mark that I agree to validate my Aadhaar details with UIDAI.
  • After that pop up message will come on the link that PAN has been liked successfully.

You may still try to link your Aadhaar with PAN after the deadline by the Income Tax website by paying the prescribed Aadhaar PAN link charges of Rs. 1,000 and make sure that your name is the same on both the PAN card and the Aadhaar card.

  • Visit the e-Pay Tax page on the income tax eFiling website.
  • Enter your PAN card number and mobile number to get OTP.
  • After OTP verification you will be redirected to the page showing different payment tiles.
  • Click on the proceed button on the tax tiles.
  • Choose the 2024- 2025 and type of payment as other receipts 500 and click on the continue button.
  • Fill the amount as Rs. 1,000 under the other field in tax break- up and proceed to make the payment process.
  • Then submit the Aadhar linking request on the eFilling portal. 
  • After the Linking process now you can check the Aadhaar and PAN link status.
