Maharashtra ANM GNM Counselling 2024
Maharashtra State CET Cell conducts the MH Nursing Common Entrance test for admission to Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery (ANM) & General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Courses under the Department of Public Health at various medical institutes of the State.
The authority conducts the state-level exam once a year to select the talented students pursuing Nursing as their career. This year, the State CET cell conducted the MH Nursing CET exam on 28 May 2024 and declared the result on 19 June 2024.
The students who cleared the entrance test can now register for the online counselling (CAP), the registration has started from 5 August 2024. The last date to submit the Maharashtra ANM GNM counselling is 10 August. As per the schedule, the authority will publish the merit list based on the registration and MH Nursing CET 2024 scores on 12 August 2024.

Maharashtra ANM GNM Counselling Process 2024
Candidates who wish to participate in the Maharashtra State CET cell CAP for ANM & GNM courses admission must understand the following counselling process to comply with the CAP 2024:
- Registration: Candidates must register for the MH ANM & GNM CAP 2024 before the scheduled date and pay the registration fee through their preferred online payment method.
- Document Verification: After the registration, the candidates must upload their documents on the official website for document verification as the authority will check all your information. The authority will announce the merit list for the registered candidates based on their CET score and rank.
- Choice Filling Form: After the MH ANM & GNM CAP registration and merit list display, the candidates must submit the choice filling form stating their choices in course and colleges in the preferential order. The students should select the colleges based on the merit list to ensure they get the desired college in the seat allotment.
- Seat Allotment: After the choice filling, the authority will announce the seat allotment of the candidates for round 1, the seat allotment of the MH ANM & GNM is purely based on the availability of seats on the preferred colleges and candidates’ merit.
- Reporting to the allotted college: After the seat allotment, students who accept the allotted seats to the medical colleges for the Nursing course must report to the allotted institute with the original documents and admission fee mentioned in the information brochure of ANM & GNM on the website.
The authority will soon release the schedule of MH ANM & GNM CAP 2024 rounds for the candidates on the official website.

Candidates who cleared the MH Nursing CET 2024 and are willing to participate in the ANM/GNM CAP 2024 can register for the counselling through the following steps:
- First, go to the Official website of the MH State CET Cell at
- Next, go to the Admission Process AY 2024-25 and click on ANM/GNM UG courses.
- Next, sign in on the portal with your mobile number and password on the ANM /GNM 2024 portal.
- Next, look for the counselling registration link and start entering the required details on the registration form.
- Next, upload the required documents and pay the applicable counselling registration fee based on your category.
- After your counselling registration fee is paid, your 2024 ANM/GNM CAP registration is complete.
- Remember to save the submitted MH ANM/GNM CAP 2024 registration form for future reference and fill out the choice filing form timely.
