The Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda has announced the TS EDCET 2024 counselling registration; the application window is open till 20 August 2024. Candidates who appeared for the TS EDCET 2024 and qualified for the examinations cna check the full counselling details here. 

TS EdCET Counselling 2024

The Telangana Council of Higher Education conducts the Telangana Education Common Entrance Test for admission into two-year Bachelor of Education courses across various colleges in Telangana. This year, Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda conducts the T S EDCET 2024 examination on behalf of TGCHE. 

The University conducted the TS EDCET 2024 exam on 23 May 2024 and declared the result on 11 June 2024. Eligible candidates who qualified for the TS EDCET 2024 can now move to the next and final stage of their admission process, Web-based counselling. 

The authority has released the TS EDCET 2024 Web-based Counselling notification, the counselling registration begins from 08 August 2024 till 20 August 2024. Candidates can check the full schedule of TS EDCET 2024 round 1 counselling below:

TS EDCET Counselling Process 2024

Candidates who wish to participate in the TS EDCET 2024 Counselling must be aware of the following Counselling process:

• Online Registration: To participate in the TS EDCET 2024 counselling, you must first complete the online registration, pay the counselling fee, and upload the supporting documents before the last date to ensure your participation. The special categories of candidates have to attend the physical verification of certificates, the authority will release the list of verified candidates on the website.
• Choice Filling form: You must enter the list of preferred B.Ed colleges in your preference order in the choice filling form and lock your preference list on the porta; before the last date.
• Seat Allotment: The conduction authority will release the selected candidates list with their allotted colleges on the official website after the end of web options. The seats are allotted based on the candidate’s score in qualifying examinations, category, and the seats available in his preferred college list. 
• Reporting to the College: Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted college should report to the college for original document verification with the applicable tuition fee payment recipient to complete their enrollment in the concerned college/institute.
  

Documents Required to be uploaded with TS EDCET Counselling Registration 2024

Candidates willing to register for the TS EDCET 2024 counselling should prepare the following documents beforehand to complete their online application:

• TS EDCET 2024 Rank Card & scorecard
• Bonafide (Study) certificates from class XI to graduation (if applicable)
• Original Educational certificates from matriculation to higher education
• Transfer Certificate
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste or community certificate (if applicable)
• Special Category Certificate CAP/Sports/NCC/PH.
• Aadhar card
• Parental Income certificate  issued by the State government on or after 01 January 2024 (if applicable)
• Residential Certificate for 7 years for candidates who have attained private study 
• For non-local candidates, a residential certificate from MRO when parents are working in the state for 10 years.
• Minority Status proof, SSC TC showing their Minority Status

Steps to register for the TS EDCET Counselling 2024

Candidates who wish to register for the TS EDCET 2024 Web-based Counselling can follow the following simple steps to complete their online registration:

• First, visit the official website of TG EDCET 2024 at
• Next, click the TG EDCET 2024 admission, and on the next page, click Apply Online
• Next, enter your TG EDCET 2024 hall ticket number and rank to log into the portal.
• Now, enter the required details on the registration form and pay the registration fee that applies to you.
• Next, upload the original documents for online certificate verification done by the authority. 
• Your TS EDCET 2024 Counselling registration is completed, remember to save or take a printout of the submitted application. 

The candidates are advised to exercise the web options for Phase I between the designated period for the seat allotment. The candidates are advised to complete the verification before 20 August 2024 to ensure their participation in the TS EDCET 2024 Web-based counselling.
